Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask before choosing

  • Which machine brands do your attachments fit?

Our attachments can be manufactured in the requested dimensions for all brands and models of excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, telehandlers and forklifts. Just tell us your machine's brand, model and tonnage; the coupling type and dimensions are determined accordingly.

  • How long does it take to change an attachment?

Thanks to the hydraulic quick coupler, a digging bucket, loading bucket, forklift fork or hydraulic attachment can be changed within a few seconds. Automatic mechanical locking and hydraulically controlled unlocking are standard; the operator does not need to leave the cab.

  • How many machines does one Smart machine replace?

The Smart i Series is designed to perform on its own the tasks of an excavator, loader, forklift, crane and hydraulic hammer — each normally a separate machine. Working with 1 machine and 1 operator instead of 3–4 different machines lowers investment cost, fuel consumption and personnel requirement at the same time.

  • Which engine is used in the i Series machines?

All three models use an intercooled, turbocharged 4-cylinder Yanmar diesel engine. Power ratings are 51.7 kW (70 hp) on the İ6, 53.7 kW (73 hp) on the İ8 and 61.7 kW (84 hp) on the İ10. The İ6 conforms to TIER 3A/TIER 4, the İ8 and İ10 to TIER 5 emission standards.

  • Can I also use the machine as a compact loader?

Yes. The machine has two working modes. In excavator mode the turret swing and digging stick are controlled with the left joystick, the bucket and boom with the right joystick, and driving with the foot pedals. In compact loader mode, driving and turret swing move to the left joystick, lifting and bucket to the right.

  • What are the flow and pressure values for hydraulic attachments?

The accessory line offers a variable flow rate between 20–140 L/min (80 L/min standard) and pressure adjustable between 100–280 bar (180 bar standard). Controls are operated by a proportional button integrated into the right joystick. This range allows the use of hammers, saws, augers, sweepers and similar attachments.

  • How are service and spare parts supported?

We provide 24/7 service and spare parts support. Since the domestic material ratio in our products is around 83%, after-sales service times and part costs are more advantageous than those of our competitors.

  • Which quality certificates do you hold?

Our factory holds Quality Management System ISO 9001 and Welding Quality Assurance ISO 3834 certificates, and our products carry the CE mark. The operator cab is FOPS approved with a guard and ROPS approved.
